We encourage you to produce your own original assets on API management and Apigee. Make sure you highlight your company’s brand and value-add more than Google’s on all your collateral.

  • Leverage existing Apigee material, including eBooks and whitepapers.
  • Use Apigee material as inspiration or research for your own material.
  • Quote and clearly attribute any Apigee copy used within your own content.
  • Follow any co-branding guidelines when using the Apigee Digital Partner logo.
  • Re-use to create your own version, following the Creative Commons license agreement here
  • Copy or use as-is content/text verbatim from existing Apigee material.
  • Co-brand existing Apigee material; as this might suggest a joint venture.
  • Brand, claim or promote existing Apigee material as your own; as they are Google’s property.
  • Amend or cut any content from quoted and attributed Apigee copy

eBooks and whitepapers



You can leverage Apigee resources as they are, quote from them with clear attributions, or promote them by sending leads to Apigee’s eBook pages. Here is an email copy template you can use.

When leveraging existing Apigee resources:

  • Feel free to use these copy guidelines when promoting Apigee eBooks.
  • Ensure the content is right for your audience.
  • Promote over social.
  • Leverage Apigee content as it exists.
  • Copy, brand, co-brand or claim credit for any Apigee-created eBooks, articles, videos and whitepapers.
  • Redistribute - ensure that potential recipients sign-up on the Apigee website to download a copy of the resource.

When creating your own:

  • Ensure the content is right for your audience.
  • Proof the content.
  • Try to include customer references and quotes wherever possible.
  • Promote over social.
  • Ensure there is a clear CTA so your audience can find out more information.
  • Make it too content heavy - where possible include images, stats and graphs to engage your audience by pulling out key points.
  • Copy, brand, co-brand or claim credit for any Apigee-created eBooks, articles, videos and whitepapers. 

One pagers



One pagers offer a direct, educational takeaway for prospective customers that you can engage with and discuss the details of in person. These can be used as a handout at events, as collateral to bring to meetings with prospects, or as a mailer to prospects.
